I redeemed my code on garden warfare 2 but, I didn't recieve anything?

Question

Hi I am assisting my little brother who plays garden warfare 2, and I redeemed the code in the game case, followed all the instructions and redeemed it, but when he entered the game he didn't get anything no coins no, plants, nothing. We tried again but, is said the code was already redeemed but, we still recieve nothing so whats going on? I tried getting help and contacting EA staff and support and stuff but, I got no help can someone help me?

Sorry to hear about that, this kind of issue can be really frustrating especially when you are trying to help out your younger brother. Normally our support would be the best ones to help in this case as they can check your account and try to spot anything on that side of things.
