I think scuba soldier needs a nerf

I personally think he's fine, I prefer the Tank Commander. He has this certain appeal, but he just doesn't feel right. Sure he can kill the support classes with only two shots, but with both of his reload upgrades,the Tank Commander works just as quick and he has the bonus of killing the medium health plants with only 2 and Citron with only 3 shots. The sonar effect is funny and gimmicky and all that trolly stuff, but it rarely provides some sort of significant advantage in a gunfight. To summ it up, he's a strong and effective variant, but definitively not broken.
