I want my "remove ads" money back
I paid for no ads on android and I'm still getting flooded by candy crush ads every time I play. Hitting restore does nothing. Either make the game actually ad free or refund me please.

I’m on an iPhone 6S, having same issue. Paid for ads free on 11/10/22 and am still getting ads. Clicked to restore ads free, still getting ads. Followed the help tree listed above, reported it as a bug, still not getting any help. An actual response instead of a referral to the help options (which have already been utilized and didn’t solve the issue) would be greatly appreciated.
