Icon next to gamertag?

Hey! I come here today with a pretty simple question. I'm wondering what the icon next to my gamertag means. 

Currently, it's light blue with darker blue lines going diagonally up and to the right. I've seen people that have different looking icons, and I'm just wondering how to acquire them. I've looked for the answer to this on the gw2 wiki, but to no avail.
