if you want to make nut decks good

This is my issue with current players in this game. Not picking on you in particular @UnholyJuggernaut , but cmon. "weed spray wrecks my nut decks!". Okay, so then do something about it. Play with a hero who has BOTH access to nut cards and to buff cards, like grass knuckles. Or, try using a go nuts deck, with citron. Played correctly, both of these heroes have an easy way to get around weed spray, while maintaining the same idea for the deck. Weedspray then becomes useless against it
- I have 3 nut in the deck and yet to see a zombie not just control removal it first thing. It's never got any action. Every one just uses plegue on mirror nut or peconalith as soon as there out. Rolling Stone or weed spery. There should be tricks for the other side that kill all zombies with frenzy. Kill all zombies with deadly draw. Cure all zombies with 2 or less atk... it's posable to put 2 customers nuts in the water lane and wait for the zombie to comte all his brains then pop out a peconalith in an empty lane and do over 20 damage in one turn. But nut decks are a 55 percent win deck this thread is about making them better then just average
The thing with nut decks is you have to pay attention to what the other player is doing and it also helps to have an idea in your head what cards they have at their disposal. It’s not always a bad thing to have them whipe out your wall nut with say rolling stone early (which many will do if you throw it out there on turn one) because that means later when you play pecanolith the chances of them having another rolling stone are less. Also, if you see them not playing anything in the first phase especially on turn three plus, don’t load up the board with sub two attack plants on your turn. It’s ok just not to play sometimes. More often than not with Wall night you want the game to last longer so you can play your most powerful cards, I was disappointed when I saw that GoNuts wasn’t going to fit into Wall Knights deck though. Overall I would agree that he could use a couple more good cards to help him keep up at higher levels. You don’t see many Wall Knight players at high level ranked.
@UnholyJuggernaut I was only advising you as to how to play around weed spray. Obviously that would not be your whole deck, please use basic intuition.
I'm a wall knight player, we've healing, and I had being using a more aggro deck.. and being successful with it. I've been playing Wall knight as my main hero since July. Colossal has had its effect on my aggro deck.. its not consistent enough wins to get me to UL this season. I've altered it a bit, but still lacking hence my annoyance about zombies getting a lot of buff since this colossal set came out. Now, I've sneezing zombie to deal with as well.. so healing will be challenging as well - thanks EA/popcap
Healing decks weren't that popular, so fingers crossed sneezing zombie won't be that popular..
@patdk75 fingers crossed, this second half of colossal gives Wall knight some more OOmph.. I guess I will need these cards.
