Chances are lower in those packs lol. If you want legendaries, you buy the 40k only. There's no argument. You wasted those coins.

Compare to 35k coin packs and 40k coin packs. I got all my Legendarys really fast by buying the Zany Zombopolis Packs than 35k coin packs, it's a HUGE difference if you ask me. You'll get Toxic Brainz eventually when you keep buying the 40k coin packs. 😉
