Tpea... I've been playing this game since release (Feb) and I just got Toxic Brains 2 days ago. Yes took a very long time and tons of coins spent on sticker packs but you may get yours sooner than I did. Buy the 40k packs.

I spent over 2 millions on 40k and only got 2 legendaries (an hat and a piece). I'm really that unlucky? I almost completed the sticker album and I've unlocked no legendaries, just one piece of each (except party variants)
- AlexP1980: I spent over 3 million without seeing a single lengendary hat/sticker. Now, I'm seeing them every few packs.
It really is down to luck, but once your luck starts coming in, it's smooth sailing. Don't give up!
