Im trying to get Iron Citron
Ok, I got the first part of him from the Fertilizer StickerPacks. I was wondering, will my chances to get him improve the more I fill up the "regular" stickers that you get from that pack? Ive check...

You definitely have to have all the characters and variants first. Then after that, you usually get the top half. I've opened about 3-4 35k packs since and haven't received another piece. I also haven't received any pieces of the Nec rose. I have all of the characters except the Party corn, imp and citron and of course torchwood and the goat.
I have all the other characters apart from Party Citron and Im not in a hurry to get him....and then im only missing Iron Citron I belive.
Not counting Zombies.
