Import characters or check player loyalty just says "Uh Oh!"

Trying to import characters or check player loyalty is simply saying "Uh oh". I'm at 313 and really want my Unicorn Chomper! Sounds like this has been a problem for me and others for days now. Retries don't help. I'm on XBox One. See:

    In my case I imported characters from GW1 right after GW2 was released. We've been playing both games on and off, and just got to 313 this past week. When we went back to the mailbox after getting to 313 both character loyalty and character import checks now fail with "Uh Oh". This is still the case today on 9/17/16.

    @EA_Andy it is still NOT working for at least some of us. Can you please have somebody check the servers on EA's end and see what's up? Thanks!

    Yea this is happening to me I recently got to max rank in GW1. Please fix this all I want is my unicorn chomper.  😛
