Important steps if your game isn't working after 1.18 (Aug 2017) update

My game has been freezing periodically while playing as well. Not sure if it's the similar issue as you guys but it's causing a lot of frustration while playing. If it's the same, you can add my user to your list while sending feedback to ea.
