I got it from the fertilizer fun pack. I tend to only buy the 35K packs since i want to believe they give a better chance at giving legendary pieces than the 15K pack. All of the legendary pieces i've gotten were from the 35K packs.
I'm starting to wonder if the drop rates are bugged past a certain rank because i often see very low ranks with most of the legendary characters. seen a rank 14 using toxic brainz today
@superxmario128 yea i think if you just got the game recently, for some reason toxic brainz is in the show case. So I'm pretty sure that is why we are seeing so many low rank toxic brainz out there.
