In my opinion legendary character chances should't increase, there a lots of persons who spent money and will probably be pissed off. What about make sure after an X amount of spent coin you always get a legendary piece (character or hat?) if you ddn't find it in the recent spent coins?
So it's not about only luck, at the best, if you're unluck person, you have just to grind.
I'm Level 2560 around. Missing only a couple of legendary hats and half a disco chomper, just to tell you i wasn't talking because i want them, i have most of them already 🙂
