Hi all,
The fix should now be live for pack openings and you should start to see them as normal as you finish challenges etc that reward packs.
I'm going to remove the sticky on this thread now but please let me know if you run into any further issues.

I didn't get my pack several days ago when I finished Rose's quest. The pack animation showed but it didn't show it opening. When I checked my deck, I had 5 recycle cards for 75 (I think) points. It didn't show any new cards at all, especially no new rare/super-rare/legendary.
Today I finished the 7 day challenge for the first time. Again the pack animation showed but didn't show it opening. This time I had NO recycle cards and nothing new.
I'm afraid to open a 10 pack now in case I get nothing for it.
every single one of you got the pack, you just don't get a "new" tag on any cards.
Hello, so I've recently encountered this annoying bug where you earn a pack from a Hero Quest or the Weekly Event/Daily Challenge but it doesn't give it to me.
I was playing PvZ heroes doing my final quest for Immorticia (It promised a free premium pack as the reward). So I finally get done with the Quest, and TA DA! the pack pops up on my screen, the only problem is, is that that once i continue to the main menu my pack isn't there. At first I assumed that the game was updated so I had to go to the Store or collection screen to open it. So I went to the collection screen to find that I had extra cards that weren't there before. I looked through my collection and found no new cards at all. I was very mad but brushed it off as a one in a million bug or something like that.
But, once the weekly event was over and the same thing happened with my 7 day prize I knew that it wasn't just a one in a million bug anymore. I looked at every single card, but not a single new card was in my collection (only the extras). So I jumped on the forums to report the bug, only to find that others were experiencing the bug.
Please fix this bug soon, and if you can, refund my packs. My username is, rocketman69 and i play on Ipad.

^^ or don't because you actually DID get the pack you just didn't notice. If you looked at all the other threads about this, EA responded to one of them.
the pack IS received but no animation for opening it, and the cards are not flagged "new".
if you have 4 copies of everything, you will notice cards to recycle (that's what happened to me)
