This is gamebreaking, which can cause severe instability in multiplayer matches if left unaddressed.

Not all players are invisible as you can see in nightcap video, all other players are perfectly visible. If you see another video of mine, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73HbWk_xUNs you can clearly see I am invisible again, when I can see others even though that's a seperate issue. As I said, I can see players most of the time. I am using wired Ethernet connection which is directly connected to my modem provided by ISP. All my game files are verified.

Most of all, I don't see how this is issue with my network because I couldn't see player in question for whole Turf match. If it was short delay, then I could see the player again, then you could argue network is at fault, but I couldn't see the player for whole match. You could say I have no video proof of whole game, but I do have 2 nightcap clips where the same player stays invisible. That is not an issue with network delay. I have no experience in developing games, but network delay shouldn't be related to whether I see the player or he stays completely invisible, but still present. If you have network delay/lag in other multiplayer games, players/characters in that game don't magically disappear.

Not an issue with my hardware, as you can see in Dxdiag, I have the game and Origin installed on a fast 860 EVO SSD, have i7 8700k CPU with 1080Ti GPU and fast 3GhZ RAM. Windows is installed on SSD as well.

Couldn't attach UOTrace for some reason, but I play on European servers with 45-55 in game ping, but could attach it if permitted.
