Info gathering: BfN Invisible Characters

On PC, 

Using Dx12

When I log into the game my char will not be visible at the CHAR SCREEN, If I click on play and then enter into the game I will still be invisible and my skills will be blacked out and I cannot move. I have to use task manager to close the game and try again. 

Sometimes other player chars will be vivible and sometimes they will be invisible... Seems random.

The invisible char bug does not happen every time I log in. Id say it happens around 65% of the time though and I have to keep relogging to try again. 

Also this happens when I'm at the changing booth and switching sides. As soon as I switch teams and come back into the game on another char I will also be invisible and cannot move with skills again blacked out. 

Also when doing going into weirding woods after excepting the NPC's task the screen goes black. No animation but I can still hear the sounds. I have top close the game and restart. 

My chars skills seem to have nothing to do with this. This has been happening for 2 weeks. The first week it didn't happen.
