Info gathering: BfN Invisible Characters

Xbox one. It happens when we go into a changing station. Unable to move or perform actions. 

Super annoying as you can barely play the game at all. This has been going on for WEEKS! When is the fix coming???? I see we have new events and challenges and a new zombie and map on the way. But what good is all of that if many of us can't play and are INVISIBLE?!?! Please fix this. I am a huge PVZ fan. But this is highly upsetting... 😞

Running on PC , Win 10 Pro x64

Specs:

Intel Core i7 6900K (CPU), 64GB DDR4 Quad-Channel RAM @ 3200Mhz, Nvidia Titan X Pascal w/ 12GB GDDR5X vram(gpu), Samsung 960 Pro M2 1TB SSD System Drive, 6TB WD Black Data Drive, 4TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD application drive (game installed to this one), Asus ROG Rampage V Edition 10 mobo, latest drivers

Basically first time I launched i went to config my chars soon as i finished and tried to spawn this happened, went invisible seems stuck in first person view, couldnt move with wsad or mouse but can jump, uselessly in place, happens any time i try to change char's, alas the char i spawn with from loading screen and can  move has no abilities so cant complete the starting quests like target practice, it can also happen without even entering game, if you go to loading screen when it first enters server, and then hit change team, then hit change team again, the preview of the char you spawn as disappears if you try to enter it now, you get stucked just the same, swapping to and back again does nothing its stuck like that in perpetuity,

Atm I can only enter the game on whatever random char the loading screen allows but with no abilities, so cant actually do anything beyond interact with the stores etc, ie i cant actually play it until this is fixed, as for my connection its garbage (2.2mb) but it still should be more than sufficient for playing this, waiting does not fix it just stays invis forever. please fix and extremly rapidly as the game cant even be played until you do so, frankly nothing this major should ever made it through to live servers of a released game in the first place, so please find attached heapings of richly deserved shame with my bug reports.

Running on PC,

I noticed that when I have the FPS locked at 60 all chars are invisible, can't move, use skills etc etc.

When I set the max FPS to unlocked it all comes back and starts working again.

This is the fix for the invisible chars for me, but still leaves the peformance lag/spikes problem alive, but that is a different topic.

I’m on PS4 Pro when I die and respawn I go I go invisible....Why hasn’t  this been fixed it’s been happening since October!!!!

I'm on PC, this still happens 80% of the time - SO frustrating 

Hi @EA_David , I'm playing on PC (Windows 10 Pro, i have 32GB Ram and I have a hard drive with 19.3GB free and another with 556GB free) with Direct X11.

I had just installed the game, so I went to try it, I wanted to try all the characters but some of them were invisible, didn't move, couldn't use skills or shoot but could jump.
After continuing to try, the peashooter get bugged too, not letting me move, could jump, could use hyper speed, but without being able to shoot even in turret mode.

I don't know why, how often and how it happens but every time I open the game, different characters are bugged. Please fix it I'd like to play becouse It is a good game and it has a future. I will have hope.

Had this today for the first time on Xbox one. Used poster/tent to change from zombies to plants in the bases. Spawned as an invisible rose with no abilities or ability to move. Went to do something else for a few minutes. When I got back she was visible and I could move but no abilities. 10 more minutes and the abilities showed up.
