[INFO REQUEST] - Unable to promote characters

This is for my wife as she is having problems with a couple characters.

- Platform = xbox one s
- Persona = skywalkinsolo77
- Which characters can you not promote?
Rose and Sunflower
- Timestamp = Rose - 05/16/2017 3pm also with rose she went from elite level 1 to level 0 and the message on screen said she was level -5 now she went to level 1 again and it said level -4
Sunflower - 04/12/2017 8pm ish I also have a case open for this one 29959614

This has been going on for a while now and it still hasn't been resolved. Please reset or fix these characters so that I may have a happy wife.

Come on EA there has to be some resolution to this and I highly doubt it takes thus long to figure it out. Even just resetting a character to its starting level so that we can use and level the toon.

The way it is going, we may have to just stop playing and spend out hard earned money on games from a different company cause it surely seems that EA doesn't care.

  @SleepieFaerie - We hope to have fixed the issue causing the problem in the first place but some people who were affected before may still have an issue. Please let me know the following and I'll look into this for you:
  
  - Platform
  
  - Persona (PSN ID, Gamertag or Origin ID)
  - Characters you can't promote

    Here is the info and since I posted it we have gotten the rose to level again, but the sunflower is still a no go at this time.
