First happened a few weeks ago hasn't happened to any other characters only Scuba Soldier. Kept trying to promote would not promote now Stuck.

Update 17 May 16:57 BST. It is happening again now. Played as Fire Chomper came out of game Fire Chomper gone back down to the level it was on when turned the game on. Also rank gone back down. Game seems unplayable.

I am unsure now if I have put this on the right thread as there seems to be two different threads but the losing XP issue happens and then when you play again as the character that lost the XP and get them to Level 10 the can't promote issue happens. Can anyone help?

I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it hasn't changed anything

Any updates on this as my law pea and engineer are still the same. I have even logged onto another xbox and the issue comes with me.

  My Shadow Flower and Plyon Imp are no longer stuck at 0. They are however a class behind. Where the were at Super Elite now just Elite. I'm assuming it was due to the loss of XP instead of gaining. It's a minor setback for the resolution that I don't mind.
