Hey @Oois1010 & @x_aj21,

Would you be able to check if there has been any change on your end of things? Our team was able to intervene on their end to attempt to fix this, let me know if that's the case.

    My wife has this issue on her regular peashooter.

    Platform: PC

    Persona: AKA_Valium

    Peashooter

    Says it's level 46 and cannot be promoted.
