Info Request: Players seeing longer than maximum leave penalty

@EA_DavidOk so I play with friends in Battle Arena, after a game I go back to giddy park so we can regroup and get back on. Is this a new thing now being blocked for 4 hours???? This is crazy! I didn’t even log out mid game. I backed out during the podium so I wouldn’t be stuck in another match. And it gave me a loss and kicked me out. I’m really frustrated bc I’ve been playing the snot out of this to try to get rainbow stars bc it’s one of the few ways to get rainbow stars. This is wrong. This is insane. If there’s a penalty it shouldn’t be longer than 30 min anyway. But how am I supposed to quit ? Are you locked on indefinitely until you go to giddy park and get “locked out.”  Djbon3saterp on PS4.  This needs to be fixed ASAP
