[INFO REQUEST] PvZ BFN PC - Issues With Game After April. 18, '24 Update

My Grand Master Rank has been tampered by hackers into huge numbers,now every time I try to get into a fight I get pulled out,and I can't buy stars.
I have been playing this game for over 2000 hours. I really love this game,please help me.
I don't know who did this,there are more and more hacker in this game,as far as I know, There are also many players whose data has been tampered with to prevent them from entering the game, please fix this.

    Hey Folks.

    I am compiling all of the BFN issues since the Anticheat update went out. Please keep in mind that Community Managers are not a part of the game teams and there we personally cannot actually fix anything with the game. 

    We are working on updates for the community, but as of now, any issues with BFN specifically, will be listed on threads that deal only with that title after the update itself. This is going to take a bit of time.

    When there is an update on these issues we will let you know.

    More and more gamers encounter hackers during the game, and use mods to kill players, and even maliciously modify players' game data in the game lobby, and freeze players' game accounts, which is becoming more and more serious, which makes the game atmosphere worse and worse

    my stats is messed up by a hacker someone in ea pls help me this is really annoying

    if I click My Stat it will crash my game and if I click Zombie Stats it won't load idk whats going on

    my rank decreases when I earn xp and next time I get on it goes back to max and it just keeps going on

    @floydapparition I just found that sometimes the room would suddenly break while I was playing, and I think it has something to do with this issure
