[INFORMATION REQUEST] - Character Weapons Not Unlocking For Some Users - Please post here!

We have received reports from players that their characters are not getting the required unlocks after completing the correct challenges or levelling up in game. The characters being reported are ...

I have this issue, but with the Cactus and Scientist.
1) I have signed out and back in and restarted the game, it did not help
2) My gamertag is Be The Variable, on Xbox One
3) The Cactus is level 4, Drone Time, Zombie Vanquisher and Revival are current active challenges. Tallnut is not properly unlocked, though it was yesterday. Scientist is level 4, Mad Heals is the only active challenge, and the healing ability is not unlocked though it was yesterday.
4) I only played multiplayer prior to experiencing these issue, Vanquish and Gardens and Graveyards.
