I am having this issue with the Scientist (Sticker 885) , I did not recieve a sticker pack for leveling up.
1) No it does not
2) Proalienking17 - Xbox One
3) Scientist - Level 12 - Did not receive a 1 character specific sticker pack
4) I used a skip challenge star in the middle of the game ending (during fade out) - I received the level, but didnt get a sticker pack.
During levels 5-10 each level gives you a character specific pack, at some point between those levels , 1 level up did not give me a sticker pack. Now all i receive is 10,000 coins.
I looked at my sticker book and no it was not unlocked.
After level 10 you shouldnt get a character specific sticker pack - You should get a coin bonus.
