[INFORMATION REQUEST] - Character Weapons Not Unlocking For Some Users - Please post here!

The alternate skills (Multi-Rocket/Garlic Drone) are obtained through opening card packs.

i bought this game last week and everything was going fine. but after the servers went down today things are all messed up. All the things i have unlocked show up in the menu. or when i go to check my characters its all there. But when i go and play some multiplayer none of it is there. My foot soldier is back to lvl 1 with nothing unlocked my fire cactus is gone etc. But when i go back to the start screen and check, all of it is there. It just clears it all when i go and play online.  It is very aggravating seeing as i bought the digital deluxe edition, spent the 150k coins and now have nothing to show for it...........FIX IT or i am getting a refund.....

You're experiencing a completely different issue. Could you please make a new post so your specific issue can be highlighted and get the attention required?

Hello, I have a similar problem, and uh I been playing to collect all the characters but when buying packages of prints of 20,000 for all of them, I'm missing one of each character and that's the problem that I do not go out of character parts and restart the game several times and everything but I do not go to the parties, I hope you can help me because this problem is similar to what I have.

Your issue is unrelated to this post; but it's also not an issue.

You're only missing one character from each class, then you need to level your characters up to level 10 to unlock the last character. The rest of the characters you need to unlock are not obtained from any purchaseable packs.

So how do I know if im not "unlocked" ?
My Sunflower is lvl 6, what stuff should  I have had unlocked by then?
Im still hopeing Super Nova Sunlight will show up soon.  How is that one obtained?

A level 6 Sunflower should have Heal Beam, Solar Beam, and Heal pot unlocked. Aswell as 1 or 2 pieces of the Metal Petal.

All weapon upgrades and alternate abilities are obtained through sticker packs.

1) Yes 

2) CptMinZee on the xbox360 platform

3) All the characters i have, cant use their upgraded abilities (sonic mines, artishock drone, ...) i got all the stickers in my stickerbook

4) All gametypes are affected
