It is great to see PopCap interacting with their comunity! I have been a pvz fan ever since the first game out, i remember those afternoons enjoying pvz with my mom on they house computer when i was only six years old, or the release date of pvz2, i waited all day to play it as soon as posible!. It's been a long time since the last time i played bfn so i can't give it proper judgement, most i can say is that i loved the new characters especially from the plant side, the offline sidequests were my favorite part but they felt unfinished compared to gw2. My opinion on the game overall is that it feels unfinished. Regarding the future of the franchise, the best games are the ones that have a clear focus and are the product of passion from the developers. I'm yet to see a negative reaction to the previous hot tub and roguelike pvz projects, probably the team is not sure what to make of pvz3 but they may have their own idea of a pvz game that may belong to a different genre. At least i, at this point, would be amazed to see a spinoff pvz game made directly from the developers heart.
