Invisible Dr Fizzician at the end of the zombie campaign

I went back to GW2 after not playing it for like 1 or 2 years, and one bug that completely blocked a chunk of my game was still there.
I did the plants campaign, finished all of the heroes quests, unlocked the bottom half of the plant base and was able to do Infinity Time, but for zombies, did all the same things and i unlocked the part behind the screen at the secret lab, but neither Dr Fizzician or the Infinity Time thing show up.
The only quest i got regarding the story is talking to Steve and then unlock the new zombie portal. Problem is, i already got everything, can't unlock anything else. I tried redoing his last quest and the one from Dr Patient, but nothing
I tried looking through other questions or different results on Google, but barely anything regarding this show up, only two other questions asked here years ago
Does anyone have a solution for this?
