I know that EA has a program for addressing online bullying - maybe a CM could pin a post with details?
Particularly as this is a game aimed at children, I do still think that there should be a fast way of addressing these sort of problems in-game as well.

Is this pc only issue? With the mic, is that only if you have your console set to 'public'? Mine is set to Friends Only on Xbox so I never hear anyone else. I've had it with all the idiots out there. Your story about your poor kid makes my blood boil.
