Iron Citron looking like the regular Citron
Have a look at these clips. Somehow Wolfy has made his Iron Citron look very much like the normal Citron having the look of an orange. It doesnt look anything like what the Iron Citron actually does....

I don't have the Tattoo that he's applied so I don't know the name of it, but the "normal" Iron Citron look is with his default "hat"- like any other standard character you can customize him and if you switch away from the default helmet underneath he has the same head and face as the regular Citron.
Personally I don't care for the way the orange head looks against the heavily armored body so I usually keep the default hat on him but with that particular Tattoo it doesn't look so bad.
Iron citron has scratches that look metalic and orange leaves while the citron has no scratches, green leaves, sun glasses, and eye piercings. But he just took off the helmet.

Well I dont have the Iron Citron yet so havnt been able to test it myself.
