Is Dr. Spacetime supposed to work this way with LBA?

When using Dr. Spacetime (with Laser Base Alpha) against a fortified Juggernut, I was anticipating a dead Juggernut. And a card draw. 

Is this not supposed to work?

    Deadly only works if the zombie actually does damage. If Armored blocks the damage, then the Deadly effect doesn't trigger.

    Also, you only get a new card if he does damage to the hero. If the shield activates, the hero takes no damage, and the Doctor's ability won't trigger.

    Spacetime do 1 damage, but Jugger have 1 armored, Therefore blocks the attack and does not die... But LBA have Strikethrough, so you should draw a card...

    What jj48 said ^

    You should have done one damage to the hero and drawn a card (unless you hit his shield),

    but no damage to the Juggernut since he is armored.
