When you start the game with 4 of them, you can obtain zombies (3 cost) very early, and that is a great advantage, it's something unusual, but great, same with 4 Clique Peas.
Anyway, he was useless in the last season, it is not anymore, I've seen it transform several times in Stompadon. That makes it more valuable
- Anonymous8 years agoOnly instance that I would agree is when he turns into the Valkrie.... turning into a 0/6 zombie makes me want to quit some games, especially days when everything else is going that way luck wise

I feel that the effect makes it a legendary themed card, but I agree that its power level is too low.
Considering how powerful some super rares are, I guess he seems much weaker.
- I think it was meant to be used along with Transformation Station, that way you would get a 4 cost zombie by the start of turn 3.
But... yeah. Seems pretty weak for me. I prefer to play my loved Leprechaun Imp on turn 1. - Anonymous8 years ago
Personally I think it's great. Having a 3 cost and 1 cost on turn 2 rather than a 2 cost and a 1 cost is actually a large advantage
- Anonymous8 years agoI prefer to use him as described, and now with that transformation trick or whatever it is called you can skip up pretty quickly till either something that you are content with or something beyond handling. There's a lot of strong science cards but there are lots of crazy brainy cards so many that are perfectly good just not insane get a bad rap
I've never liked this zombie, its silly counterpart I think it's Reincarnation, but Interdimensional Zombie it can be better in the future, when they go adding more legendaries (with 3 cost of course).
- Anonymous8 years agoReincarnation is a good point too... I think that the text should be reworded slightly, so instead of at the end of turn it changes to a random plant with 1/1 buff, it should change at end of the turn still, but I think it would be a good card if it gains 1/1 when played.
Meaning that a first turn Reincarnation would be 3/3. Yeah that's big for a one cost, but considering that is all it does it wouldn't be too terrible, and remember that it is a legendary. I disagree. I think that being a 1 cost 2/2 is fine. 3 health is just too much for a 1 cost plant that is able to attack, worse if it does 3 damage. Gaining the buff once it transforms is fine.
If you include Reincarnation in your deck is not really to play it as soon as you get it, but to do exactly what the card wants you to do, keep it until you get a plant you like.
I still think it should transform into a plant that costs the same amount of turns that have passed in the game, so you can always have a card you can play.
