Is it just me or is Rose completely overpowered?

I'm not good at the game at all, having just gotten it like, a day ago but... Why does she have 125 hp, 20 ammo on her homing attack that does 10 at any range, invulnerability that allows her to pus...

Yes, you know its OP when you get in a match and there are 10 roses. They dont have to aim, you cant snipe back because they cant miss even when 90% behind cover. when you somehow manage to get close they root you then goat you run away and auto aim kill you. With any skill at all you are just dominant.
