Is There A Particular Reason for the Update Delay?

Let's be honest here, this Rose thing is ridiculous. I know there's an update planned to fix it but....EA is a MASSIVE company, and the hot fix exists for a reason. Right now several of the multiplay...

    We don't even know if GW2 has a system in place to do hot fixes, if not they need to come up with a fix then send it off to certification by their respective platforms before it can be sent out and that can take over a week.

The reason is that they want to know how many people leave the game before the patch.
