My goodness... I'm pretty surprised you have it running.

Set everything to lowest possible setting.  Reduce resolution as much as possible.

Good gravy..... if you push Left-CTL+R what FPS are you getting?  (in game not menu)  Nevermind I'm an idiot you already told me... wow

There may be a few more tweaks we can do in config files.. but it won't be yield much more than what Lowest + low resolution will do for you.
