@Montaignes I get it but it isn't as easy as having people jump in and update a game of this age like it used to be. I can add my own game to the list too but I am trying to see what we can do for everyone so we can get you back into the game.

Product: Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 1
Platform: Xbox
Console Generation: Xbox Series X
Gamertag: Jeffster111
Date/Time: December 10/ 7PM EST
What type of Issue: I cant load into any game mode at all and get the same error message telling me "There are no available matches meeting your criteria." "Please try again later."
Which Mode has this happened: All of the them.
Which part of the mode: Don't know what your referring to here, but I am unable to load into any lobby for any of the game modes.
Summarize your bug: I am unable to load into any multiplayer lobby for any of the game modes at all and get shown the same error message on screen "There are no available matches meeting your criteria." "Please try again later." I will attach a photo of this error below.
How often does this bug occur: Literally every time I try to play the game everyday. I try everyday numerous times throughout the day and it doesn't work. I get shown the same error message "There are no available matches meeting your criteria." "Please try again later."
How can we find the bug ourselves: By trying to load into a lobby and seeing the error code on screen. Like I said earlier, it isnt an issue regarding player count because I know for a fact that there are tons and tons of people still playing and will continue to play once this issue is fixed. A day before the issue began for me, I was logging into full lobbies in seconds.
What happens when the bug occurs: I get the same, "There are no available matches meeting your criteria." "Please try again later," error message on screen and am completely unable to play any game mode.
What steps have I taken to resolve the issue: I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, I have cleared my xbox's cache, I have restarted my xbox numerous times, I tried on other consoles, friends who also play have the same issue on their consoles as well. Nothing works. The only thing left to do is to bring this to the attention of EA to create a resolution in the form of a patch update so we can go back to playing this masterpiece of a game.

Please fix this for the vast loyal fanbase that has played this game for years and will continue to do so. Thank you very much

The error message that constantly comes up for me no matter what game mode I try to play.
