- Summarize your bug. Game will not allow others to connect for online multiplayer due to some server issue.
- How often does the bug occur? Every attempt to play now.
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try the online multiplayer with multiple people to confirm.
- What happens when the bug occurs? The game either says matchmaking error, loads a black screen that never ends or puts me into a lobby by myself on a rare occasion. No one else can join.
- What steps have you taken on your end to resolve the issue? Ensured up to date version and firmware.
This started on Dec 11 this year. I've been playing the game online for 2 weeks straight, everyday. I was shocked at how active it was and was having a blast. Now this issue is preventing all of us from connecting.
