It appears the legendary drop rate has changed

I have no way of proving it of course, but I'm willing to bet that they have changed the legendary drop rate back to the old percentage it was before the DLC release. I haven't gotten any legendary ...

they havent changed back the percentage i finally got the rocket turtle the other day in over a week getting the second halves toxic brainz and computer scientist

Trouble in Zombopolis Sticker Packs (40K coins pack) have the highest probability of dropping Legendarys compare to other packs I buy.

You said you got a legendary hat after a week...my point exactly. At first after the DLC was released, I was getting a legendary every other or every third day, fourth at most. I'm sticking with my belief that they have made it harder once again.
