I am having the exact same problem. I bought the game yesterday. Seemed to work fine in the beginning just trying out the characters. Tried to play a game and started falling through the sky. The zombies committing suicide is nice for my four year old because he feels like he is doing something, but my other children would like to kill one. Same affect with use of any characters in any order. It is pretty crappy they get a new system out, but since not everyone has it, not too many people are complaining enough about the game to get someone to work on fixing.
Out of curiousity, has anyone tried deleting and reinstalling the game? It was mentioned on the first page, but haven't seen anyone say they've tried it.

This sounds like a different issue, could you please make a new topic about it, so we may keep this current thread focused and give your issue the attention needed. You will also have to provide more information in that new thread, as to what console, any error messages, what does it do when you boot the game etc.
I own the disc version. After the update, the game will not load. Xbox one. It acts if the game doesnt exit.
