Legendary Characters
Can someone help me out. I dont know what sticker packet to buy for legendary. Is it just the wondrous pack or can I buy faction specific. I know its a 35k pack but what one.

I got some legendary parts of characters from 35k packs... but im sure you can get them from 15k packs as well.
I got part of the scientist out of a 15k pack two days ago.
