@iluminatethesky I don't have it. I also post a new topic regarding about the broken sound after the patch. You can imagine that if the game sound got broken then obviously the reaction sound doesn't work properly either.

Hey there! I haven't seen a whole lot of reports around this so far, do you have an external hard drive for your PS4 that's plugged in?
What type of audio device do you use (headset) and have you tried changing your audio settings on the PS4 to default?You said it started happening after the November patch, it's possible the patch was corrupted during the download and a reinstall might be able to fix this for you.
You could be right with it being a bug, but let's make sure technical issues are ruled out here first with these steps before we identify it as a bug since there's also not a whole lot of reporting around this at the moment. 👍 I will try to reinstall my game and tell you later. But where is my other topic about the broken sound? This is about the reaction hat sounds don't work properly but in another topic, I posted about the game's sound got broken when there's mayhem or chaos or whenever a lot of stuff occurring on the screen. That only happened only after November patch and that's another topic. This topic's issue happen since the launch of the game.
@EA_Blueberry I reinstall the game and the problems are still there. There are 2 problems. 1st is the audio of the reaction hats. Sometimes they don't make the sound, they just have the animation. 2nd is the sound of the game got broken, distorted when there are a lot of things happening on the screen and this problem just appeared after November patch. The 1st patch appeared before that.

Did you install the game on an external hard drive and what type of headset are you using? Does this happen if you use different audio settings on your PS4?
Does it happen with your headset and tv speakers? - @EA_Blueberry I install on my internal hard drive. I'm using a Gold headset. My tv speakers have the same problem

I tried the Legendary Snapdragon Volcano Hat, and it just seems like it's really quiet, which is why you might not hear anything while you're in PVP Matches when there's a lot going on.

I don't think there's anything wrong with this specific Hat, the audio is just really quiet and doesn't react quite loudly as some of the other ones.

And in Pve this problem will not happen because in PVP a lot of things will happen. Oh and the last vanquish in my clip the sound effect wasn't there even there weren't many things on the screen.@iluminatethesky @EA_Blueberry Here is another proof about my problems.
