Let’s Fix Empty Health Bars and Enemies Not Dying - PLEASE!

As the title implies, I’m sick of playing PvP or challenging PvE and getting killed by an enemy with an EMPTY health bar. Please remove health meters altogether or adjust the visual gauge to represe...

I just usually keep firing until I hear the chime myself. 

But yeah please keep the suggestions coming.
