Losing texture in game, disappearing characters.

Help I love this game but lately I have been Losing texture in game, disappearing characters. Sometimes my character falls in water cause there's no floor in the game or there's character .. help

I am also expireincing the same problems. Do you know of anything to cure it?

Nothing so far .. no answer from EA . Game keeps lagging And glitching I can't play at all ..really frustating .. girlfriend keeps yelling at me cause she want to play it

  No wonder EA has been voted the worst company of the year many times.. They cant even help us with many of the problem we're having with this game..
  
  I once remember there was this huge game breaking bug on the sims 3 for x360/ps3.. Im talking about a serious bug.. And what did they do about it? NOTHING! They even said they were not going to update it.. Middle finger to all of the people (including me) that were unlucky enough to get that game breaking bug.. So yeah. EA customer service/support sucks..

    I starting to believe that... and its dissapointing cause pvsz it a good and fun game.
