Lost characters
On Plants v Zombies GW - I have lost all my characters. I am using a PS4. I have spent months getting all of these by saving coins. Help please..........

Yeah, me too.
I am playing on the xbox version, and for some reason, even though I have spent so many coins on plant packs and some of the zombie packs, I only have the bog standard extra characters...
Since I favour playing as plants, and really enjoy playing the Mystic flower sunflower, the Sun pharaoh sunflower, and the Jade knight cactus, its a real loss to suddenly have NONE of these characters, or indeed ANY of my hard earned characters. Especially at rank 30+..
Oddly enough though, I have kept all my appearance items, so far as I can tell, which is just confusing me further...
same here i called custumer support 4 times and they said they were working on a fix. if anyone knows how to fix this pls tell me
