Lost characters
On Plants v Zombies GW - I have lost all my characters. I am using a PS4. I have spent months getting all of these by saving coins. Help please..........

I've contacted support a few times and followed up, they claim there "Specialists" are looking into the matter. As it goes under investigation, i'm sitting and waiting for a response with no clear time frame. Hoping for a positive result.
they told me the same ... since 3 months no solution to my problem

Yes, i provided support with my details and the characters missing. I have to admit, there support has been great in regards to asking me the proper questions, i'm just hoping to get this resolved for my son soon.
