Yeah, I was told to wait too and as I suspected they never showed up. Anytime I buy coins or upgrades they show up almost immediately. This is getting out of hand though and I think most would agree that this issue needs fixing. We noticed an update a few days ago so, we hoped maybe that might fix it. Our youngest was having a hard night because he is very afraid of storms and it was storming where we are and his fave game is pvz gw2. So we purchased the epic coins pack so he might be entertained by opening some sticker packs. Didn't happen. We are very discouraged at this point from even playing the game. We enjoyed playing though. Maybe one day it will be fixed or a 3rd one released. Good luck everyone 🙂

@fairydust85 It looks like this is still being worked on, we'll keep an eye on things, as you note this is the sort of thing that can turn a good time sour so we want to make sure that each of these cases get resolved.
