I agree wholeheartedly.
PvE missions are a good place to practice. While I wouldn't expect them to give us any particular rewards on repeated plays, I would definitely like to be able to replay them. It's particularly good when the multiplayer queues are empty and it takes ages to get a game and you just want to try out a particular strategy but you are stuck in a particularly hard mission or just one that doesn't fit what you are trying to test.
