missing $125 of pvz gw2 items ps5 is my platform

so basically bouht about $125 worth of coins on plants vs zombies still havent recieved contacted playstation everything and i tried ea support theres no “chat with us”  button and even when i got the support chat i couldnt even type back, is there like a wait time til i receive my items i literally bought them purchase confirmed even got my email aswell i dont want money back just my items ive spent my money for.
