Missing content - Z7 grass effect Imp Mech character (Deluxe Ed)

Hello,

In January 14, 2016, I pre-ordered the PVZ GW2 Deluxe Edition (XBOX 1) from Amazon.

When I received the game in February (release day), I redeemed the deluxe code to get the grass effect Z7 Mech. However I did not receive the Z7 grass effect Mech. I received coins and customization packs but NO Z7 mech.

I re-entered the code again, but it says the code has already been redeemed.

From my research, there was a glitch on the deluxe edition DLC codes. Among few of the retailers, Best Buy and Amazon

were affected.

I have the Amazon receipt/invoice to prove that I pre ordered the game.

Please note that the game thinks I already own a deluxe version and have redeemed the code, but in reality, never received this Promotional deluxe grass effect, Z7 character.

I thought I could obtain the grass effect Z7 mech by purchasing a second DLC add-on upgrade code, and so I did purchase one,  but still it does not work. Saying, I already own the items.

The game 'thinks' I have the Z7 Mech character, however, I do not.  See screenshots attached and my attempt to redeem second DLC code to obtain the missing content, Z7 imp character.
