Missing free packs

got to gold in ranked and got like 5 packs opened 1 and the rest were just gone, 2 were premium 3 were galactic, i opened a premium got a lot of cards from it then it just took me back to home screen...

    if you mean season rewards, you will only see ONE animation for the pack opening, and then all of the cards contained inside the 5 packs that you received. No glitch here, you just didn't understand what was happening
