More uses for stars

I wish there were more uses for stars too. I don't have any of the Party characters because they are not a good enough reward for me to play the very boring, time-consuming Infinity Mode. I can think of much better uses for my time.
If it were up to me (and clearly it's not), they should just get rid of Infinity Time and let us trade in the stars for those items and characters. Even if it was a high amount of stars you had to trade in, at least you could do the tasks as you play the game and know you would be rewarded for your efforts.Right now you can spend hours playing Infinity Time and not get anything worthwhile.
- I got for around 3,500 to 6,000 time shards and then die. I get a scrumptious reward everything. Seems like the higher you go, the system thinks a coin reward is of more value so that's what you get.
