Mount Steep Hunting Permit Location????

Where is the hunting permit at Mount Steep?  Thanks

    I think you have to complete some quests (prerequisites) and then Air Ron (red Snapdragon) will give it to you near the spawn at the wooden fort.

    (View map and hit L3 to spawn near Air Ron on PS4; don’t know the button on other consoles).

I talked to him and he still is not offering me a hunting license. I’ve done all kinds of steps. Tiny, major problem etc, still no license. Does anyone remember the steps?

Ok, so I went and beat Tiny for a 3rd time and now have the Mount Steep hunting license.. not sure why it took 3 times!!! Thank for the above info everyone.
